"No Hassles" 30 Day Return Policy
Our No 1 aim is to provide a ‘no hassles’ return and exchange experience so you build confidence in shopping with us. We understand that buying clothing and fashion online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. You may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for a size, or style exchange if preferred, even on sale items !
Note: We do not offer a monetary refund on returns or refund return postage. But we are happy to exchange your purchase for another item you love !
How do I return products to ifo.com.au?
Simply print off a copy of your order confirmation, and post it together with the garments & original packaging to the postal address below:

The return postage is your responsibility however we will pay for the postage to you when a replacement product is requested. We obviously ask that the garment has not been worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting. If concerned, please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
What if a product is faulty?
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occassion, this does occur please contact customer service on 02 8005 7001 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. One of our staff will quote you a return authority number, and organise a prompt replacement if available. In the rare event a suitable replacement or exchange cannot be found, and a genuine fault is confirmed by our returns department, we will refund your purchase price in full including the cost of your return postage.
If you would like to exchange an item - it is a super idea to drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after including the style number, colour and size you would ilke so that we can put it on hold for you. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!

The important thing to remember is that we want the items you order to be perfect for you..... if you get a second opinion at home and dont like what you bought, then swap until you are satisfied.
TIP: It is always good to try clothes on after a shower and before you have applied any make up or perfume. To avoid the disappointment of having your return rejected, please follow these 4 important rules:
