ORDERS

 

Do I have to order online?

 

Yes, unless you come to visit our factory outlet.  We will not process orders over the phone.

 

Paying for my order. What is the difference between Cash on Delivery and Paypal checkout.

 

Selecting cash on delivery means our staff will contact you by phone to obtain your credit card details, before despatch.
To avoid delays to your order we suggest you always pay for your goods using a Paypal account as it can take some time for our staff to get around to phoning you for payment details.

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

Can I track my order?

 

Yes you can for most delivery areas.  Please refer to our shipping page for more information.

DELIVERIES

 

We only deliver to physical addresses, including offices and residential houses.
The item will only be delivered to the address you entered at the time of your order.
Your item must be signed for.  If no one is home to sign for your package a delivery notice will be left for you.
